The start of a new year is a good time to hit the reset button on life. Whether that means a new job, keeping in better touch with family and friends or living a healthier lifestyle, there are lots of opportunity for change!

A healthier lifestyle can mean many things. It can include cooking more meals at home, going to bed earlier, giving up soda or spending more time outside. And while it’s always encouraged (by health experts) to do these, regular exercise is also a very important part of the mix.
